SUBMISSIONS

Energy Reporters is happy to consider unsolicited editorial contributions to the site. If you would like to contribute an opinion piece to the site, please carefully read the submissions guidelines below before contacting the editors at submissions (at) energy-reporters.com.

Please note

  • Energy Reporters currently has a very limited budget for paid editorial contributions. The vast majority of our editorial contributions are unpaid. Please let us whether you are expecting monetary compensation (or are willing to have it published without compensation) in your initial message.
  • Energy Reporters can only consider original submissions. If your piece has already been published elsewhere, we will not be able to accept it for publication.
  • The Energy Reporters team strongly prefers you reach out to us sooner rather than later in the drafting process. Sending us a pitch means we have the opportunity to discuss your ideas, ask questions and ultimately help you produce a polished final product.
  • While we will still read and consider finished drafts, we may request substantial editing before accepting them for publication.
